Founded in 2004 as a non-profit, non-partisan 501(c) (3) organization, the Coalition is among the nation’s leading charities whose donors provide the wounded veterans and families…
Since 2004, the Coalition to Salute America’s Heroes has provided disabled American veterans from Operations Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom, and New Dawn with millions of dollars worth of Emergency Financial Aid and support services.
The Coalition receives daily calls and applications from disabled servicemen and women facing financial crises. After a severe injury, wounded veterans are not only having to rebuild a new way of life in so many unexpected ways, but their families are experiencing real hardships while waiting for their benefits.
The Coalition has developed numerous programs to assist disabled veterans and their spouse/caregiver recover, rebuild and reconnect with others facing the same challenges. The Veteran Circle Membership (VC) is one way we have been able to help with peer support.
Programs of Support for Those Who Gave So Much We are helping these brave men and women and their families rebuild their lives in many ways. For some, it’s by paying the bills because the financial strains of transitioning are so overwhelming. For others, it’s an online course so they can continue their education. And for still others, it may be something as simple as getting out and going to a concert to break to monotony of rehabilitation. If You Need Help Now
