Donation to RMHABI will provide urgent counseling, hyperbaric treatment services.
The Coalition to Salute America’s Heroes (Coalition), a leading not-for-profit organization dedicated to rebuilding the lives of severely wounded veterans of the War on Terror, today presented a $10,000 grant to the Rocky Mountain Hyperbaric Association for Brain Injuries (RMHABI). The grant will fund the provision of psychological counseling to brain-injured veterans suffering from traumatic brain injury (TBI) and post-traumatic stress (PTS) disorder.
“An alarming number of America’s brave men and women are returning from the War on Terror with brain injuries, and government agencies simply aren’t providing the necessary treatment in a timely fashion,” said David Walker, President & CEO of the Coalition to Salute America’s Heroes. “Our donation to the Rocky Mountain Hyperbaric Association will go directly to meeting the urgent needs of wounded veterans throughout Colorado suffering from TBI and PTS.” Read More.
