Continuing a powerful partnership that began in 2012, the Coalition to Salute America’s Heroes (Coalition) and Feed The Children are in the process of donating more than $500,000 worth of requested goods to several U.S. Army
On May 1, the two leading charitable organizations delivered a total of 30,000 bottles of water to Fort Sam Houston and Brooke Army Medical Center in Texas. The following week, the groups delivered 80,000 bottles of water to Fort Carson in Colorado. The
water was donated to the groups by Niagara Bottling.
In late May, the Coalition and Feed The Children delivered children’s books valued at more than $200,000 to Fort Sill, Oklahoma. Fort Carson will receive an identical shipment this month.
