Operation Hope for Vets 2018 – Washington D.C.

The Coalition to Salute America’s Heroes will be distributing non- perishable foods, toiletries, and household products to pre-qualified veterans and military families in the DC Metro area.

Together with support from the DC VA HUD-VASH program we will be distributing food to sustain roughly 400 families of four for one week. The value of the food and other products distributed is approximately $275 per family.

This event, scheduled for 10 am-1pm on Saturday, June 16 will be held at the DC VA Medical Center. The Coalition is teaming up with Feed the Children and Amazon Fresh to celebrate and thank local veterans and military families for their service and sacrifice.
